Our client is a well-known international company operating in Poland since more than 20 years, a leading provider of innovative products and services for Automotive, Machinery and Agricultural Technology. Client is currently looking Field Sales Manager in the territory of SE Poland.

Role Description

The Field Sales Manager is responsible for realizing maximum profits and sales targets by translating the sales strategy into commercial business plans with clear objectives.
In addition the FSM leads and develops the Account Management Team and ensures clear and open communication and stimulates the realization of our core values.

Areas of accountability

1. Translating the company strategy into concrete operational plans and actions:
• Supporting, monitoring and challenging the account and territory plans and agreeing with the team members on customer growth strategies
• Joint development of a strategy (business plans) to achieve the objectives in terms of customer, product groups and services
• Setting objectives, getting agreement on plans and monitor the realization of plans

2. Value Added Sales approach
• Close coordination with Account Managers regarding focus customers
• Monitoring the performance of the account managers on focus customers
• Supporting, monitoring and challenging budget plans and agreeing with the team members on a strategy how to exploit the maximum potential of focus customers

3. Effective communication and networking with internal and external stakeholders

4. Cooperation
• Cooperating with all relevant departments
• Advising the organization on success stories, losses, market developments, sales approach and opportunities
• Giving input for sales processes, tools and procedure improvements

5. People and Development
• Running performance meetings, appraisals and field coaching sessions/joint visits with each Account Manager
• Supporting, steering, coaching and monitoring the field sales team
• Identifying talents and continuously driving the development of the sales force within his responsibility
• Accompanying change processes

6. Initiating and participating in local and international sales projects

7. Support and Development of Key Accounts

8. Communication through active use of social media networks for professional purpose

9. Setting, monitoring and achieving KPI's
RequirementsJob requirements:

• Education at the level of a Bachelor minimum
• Deep understanding of markets and customer’s environment and challenges, as well as sales processes.
• Excellent analytical skills

• Communicative written and spoken English
• Management, Leadership and coaching skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to change

• Willingness to travel
