Our client is a leading EU production company with several modern plants.
Responsibilities
Currently, in connection with the further development through the CSEE region and implementation of the new marketing strategy, we are looking for a person for the position: Key Account Manager / Export Manager Private Brands CSEE & CIS (Russia, Ukraine, Balkans)

Our client's enterprise is characterized by dynamic, uninterrupted growth over the last 35 years, which is the result of a perfect understanding of the needs of consumers and clients, high quality products and services, implementation of innovations, and constant care for professionalism and employee development. The company sells FMCG products in an assortment of over 1,500 SKUs in Europe, USA, Canada and Asia. The company has been successfully operating in Poland for over 15 years and achieved to be the leader in their categories.

Role
This position will be responsible for customer service in the modern channel segment in Russia and Ukraine, and selected countries in the Central South Eastern Europe region such as Moldova, Romania, Croatia, etc. in the area of launching the company's products and managing private label projects (excluding Poland).

The person in this position will receive support in the form of an intensive program of introduction and internal training at the company's Headquarters and factories in Europe.
During this training, the jobholder will have the opportunity to learn about the company's philosophy, including the unique concept of customer service, methodology for working on private brands, production, distribution, logistics and sales processes as well as marketing concepts and strategies in relation to private brand.

After a training period at the company's headquarters and two-three production plants, the successful nominee will be responsible for dedicated markets and will work under the guidance of an experienced manager, the Managing Director CSEE & CIS region, which will take over the role a coach and mentor for a newly recruited person.

Responsibilities
1) Customer service for the company's current key clients in the region (both leading retail chains and distributors).
2) Acquiring new clients and developing cooperation, in particular establishing relationships with clients interested in introducing private brands in subordinate markets, in accordance with our client's strategy and ensuring appropriate production volumes for factories in Europe.
3) Proposing, developing and implementing private brand projects to retail networks in the subordinate area from A-Z, in particular cooperation with the marketing, logistics, distribution and production planning departments in Poland and Germany.
4) Responsibility for marketing mix and P&L of subordinate markets.
5) Implementation of the sales budget by maintaining commercial relations with retail customers in the region, including:
• ongoing customer service while respecting the highest standards, expanding sales and information on new products and proposing new solutions, solving arising problems;
• acquiring new customers, conducting annual negotiations, developing strategies for entering commercial networks in accordance with the master plan, as well as cooperation with the sales team, both retail chains and distributors in the organization of promotional and advertising campaigns;
• close cooperation with Marketing Manager and the company's headquarters in the field of providing advertising materials, POS, etc. at points of sale.
6) Support for logistics, supply chain operations - cooperation with production planning, packaging department, factories in the field of ensuring continuity of supply chain in cooperation with the logistics and marketing department in Poland and HQ.
7) Development of appropriate analyzes, forecasts and statistics.
8) Reporting sales to the Management Board for the CSEE & CIS region in Poland and the Head Office abroad.
RequirementsJob requirements

We expect from the perfect candidate:

• minimum higher academic education and confirmation of constant improvement of his/her professional qualifications,
• minimum of 10-12 years of professional experience in trading in the modern channel, acquired in a reputable FMCG company as Key Account Manager, Export Manager, Commercial Manager or similar,
• experience gained in the course of a professional career in cooperation with retail clients - both networks and distributors - on the CSEE and CIS markets: Russia, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Croatia, Bulgaria, etc. (experience working in eastern markets - required, in the Balkans - welcome),
• experience in category management, implementing private labels, presence at food markets in CSEE region and who is who understanding are welcome,
• very good command of English and very good command of Russian at a level that allows professional business talks with business partners, other foreign languages are welcome,
• above average skills in building long-term business relationships and relationships with the work environment,
• high personal culture,
• high dynamics of operation,
• high analytical competence,
• non-standard thinking skills, open minds and willingness to personal development,
• engagement and flexibility,
• working experience in multicultural environment is welcome,
• very good computer skills in a Ms Office environment,
• category B driving license,
• availability and readiness for business trips in 50% of working time and training for 3-4 months abroad.
