Currently due to substantial development in the world market the company is looking for Quality Manager
ObowiązkiThe Quality Manager will provide leadership, knowledge, and resources to help assure that quality is built into, and is an outcome of Client's production processes and throughout the company.

The Quality Manager is responsible for :

• Organizing internal quality audit, management assessment base on ISO9001's requirement
• Building quality control process through all business function and activities
• Implementing quality improvement and prevent measures and actions base on quality data analysis
• Supervising and measuring the effectiveness of quality management system

In addition, the Quality Manager will have the following duties:

• Review of Quality Department activities against KPI
• Identify and report areas of none compliance and implement improvement programs
• Cooperate with internal departments for accurate and meaningful reporting of issues, report recommended solutions and action plan
• Coordinate with intermediate personnel for constant product improvement activities including cost reduction and correct on-time first time deliveries to line
• Adjust working activities of staff to best utilize resources
• Establish training requirement and training schedule for all subordinates and intermediate staff related to quality of product delivered to line and finished product
• Promote World Class Engineering mentality for work place layout and production improvement and efficiency
• Review and improve working flows and process management
• Quality Management trainings/courses/post graduate studies
• Knowledge and practical experience in Six Sigma, Lean
• Knowledge of or experience with World Class Manufacturing
• Min. 3 years of professional experience on similar position,
• Experience in manufacturing with low production volume and high complexity
• Team management skills
• Knowledge and practical experience in modern methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing), technologies and trends,
• Knowledge of standards and procedures ISO system
• Experience in certification of enterprises in accordance with legal requirements, organizational, and systems to ensure and maintain the quality
• ability to work in multiple nationality company structure
• Very good knowledge of English
• Computer skills: Office – Word, Excel, Power Point, SAP (an advantage)
• Communicative, must be engaging and communicate well
• Analytical, logical thinking, forecasting skills
• Strong decision-making ability
• Orientation on target realization
• Ability to work under pressure of time
• Assertiveness
• Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
• Stress resistance and ability to work in the changing environment
• Good interpersonal relationship skills people and conflict management experience
