WprowadzenieOur Client is a leader in production of construction, mining, agriculture machinery.
Currently due to substantial development in the world market the company is looking for Regional Sales Manager (North America)
ObowiązkiMain tasks:
• Develops new prospects and interacts with dealers & international customers to increase sales.
• Implement product goals, sales goals and strategies,
• Sign new dealers in open areas within region and upgrade non-performing dealers.
• Participate in regular visits to dealers and customers
• Manage pricing and prepare sales quotations
• Monitor performance of assigned dealers.
• Create and execute action plans to improve results. Provide assistance in resolving field issues.
• Analyze and competition market monitoring for development and execution of sales promotional programs to achieve results.
• Provide supporting materials and documentation for Tender bids.
• Design and recommends sales and marketing programs
• Manage monthly sales forecast and business review process for the region.
• Coordinate & support sales related initiatives from marketing, service parts and finance departments.
• Provide support to dealers and final end users
• Provide sales training to dealer retail staff
• Working closely with Company's Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, tactical materials and presentations
• Drive enablement of distribution networks by providing tactical sales tools
Education: Higher – College degree with technical or business major

Additional qualification: Appreciated trainings/courses/post graduate studies, Knowledge and practical experience in sales & marketing.

Professional experience:
• 5 years field sales experience or equivalent,
• Must have work experience in Construction Equipment, Trucks & bus or similar industry and in an international role.
• Must have the ability to work closely with personnel, dealers, and end - use customers.

• Must be aware of international variances in cultural and legal issues pertaining to sales.

Knowledge of foreign languages:
• English – fluent – reading comprehension of specialist documentation, telephone, conversation, correspondence,
• Knowledge of additional languages –appreciated,
