WprowadzenieOur Client is a leader in production of construction, mining, agriculture machinery.
Currently due to substantial development in the world market the company is looking for Process Manufacturing & Technology Manager
ObowiązkiOur Client is looking for someone who will lead Production Technology department and develop, implement, monitor and maintain efficient manufacturing processes and workflow, for all assembly products.
Main tasks:
• Create, implement and maintain production process flow,
• Develop working instructions, workmanship standards and process documents, and ensure they are followed,
• Improve continually existing operation, for increased quality, productivity, efficiency and cost savings, • Investigate operational problems affecting production and reporting and recommending solutions,
• Liaise with production planner/scheduler for ensuring the released products have adequate BOM and routings,
• Create & manage manufacturing documentation required for product manufacturing i.e. revise drawing, BOM, accurate work instructions and workmanship standards and process procedures,
• Provide manufacturing data i.e. production control charts, reliability, process capability, to improve the process and monitor and measure progress to target,
• Identify ways to reduce production costs through recommendations – i.e. new process equipment, equipment justification to improve performance,
• Work with other relevant departments to determine estimated costs, productions time, cost reduction, close the feedback loop, liaise the implementation to production of new product designs and or revisions as well,
• Liaise with suppliers on manufacturing process,
• Train and supervise staff on new development processes and technology.
• Higher education (Mechanical Engineering),
• Min. 3 years of experience on similar position,
• Excellent knowledge of ISO methodology & competent in SAP PP/PM,
• Communicative English,
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint),
• Ability to manage team,
• Ability to delegate and enforcement of implementation of tasks,
• Analytical thinking and forecasting skills,
• Ability of decision-making,
• Orientation on target realization,
• Ability to work under pressure of time.

The following is a strong plus:
• Proven track record and working knowledge in construction equipment or agricultural manufacturing industry,
• Knowledge of assembly line build and cell custom build,
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodology.
