Our client is a well known international company operating in machinery and automotive business, established and operating in Poland since more than 10 years. Currently due to the substantial growth and development we are looking to appoint a SALES DIRECTOR POLAND (spare parts and aftermarket)
ResponsibilitiesThe company is operating through a distribution / dealers network consisting of 2-3.000 business partners. The Sales Director will report directly to the Managing Director Poland and to the Regional Sales Director Europe. He/she will manage a team of 15-20 Regional Sales Representatives.

• Educated to degree level (sales, marketing, engineering, etc.).
• Impressive, demonstrable track record and skills/experience gained within a similar position(s), at a similar level, especially in machinery and automotive business.
