WprowadzenieOur Client is a leading management consulting company that provides a business support and advisory services for wide range of industries. We are looking an experienced Associate Consultant to anticipate, develop and implement innovative solutions for customers' organizations.
Obowiązki
As a part of the Consultants Team, your role will be to contribute to the effective running of contracts, projects and/or client arrangements by carrying out targeted research and analyses and be to support our clients on their business journey by delivering solutions and data that increase effectiveness of organization and business structures and processes. We are looking for an experienced analyst, able to work with limited guidance and on own initiative, team member with a unique blend of talents and a bold personality that doesn’t necessarily fit the pattern. We admire independence and independent thinking, we’re bound to each other by a passion for finding answers and solutions.

Responsibilities
• Bring high quality work to meet expectations for accuracy, completeness and timeliness.
• Perform work effectively to cooperate and exchange information efficiently with team members.
• Organize own work activities along with the established plan.
• Deliver information or data to clients as previously settled.
• Share and request essential information, provide answers regarding reports or analyzes, collect data.
• Process client requests suitably to help develop relationship and manage expectations.
• Support work of senior team members within business development efforts especially participate arrangements and meetings and prepare drafts of proposals or reports.
• Knowledge about all new study and research to ensure that advice and support provided to clients and team members is as up-to-date and relevant as possible.
• Continue to develop own analytical and consulting skills, knowledge and understanding of expertise areas.
• Develop and manage network of relationships to obtain support, leverage resources, identify additional sources of project work, etc.

OczekiwaniaJob requirements:
• Strong academic performance, preferably educated to a Bachelor’s Degree level.
• Min. 2-3 years of previous relevant business experience - previous experience of HRIS, payroll, benefits administration systems highly desirable.
• The ability to take ownership and deliver results in challenging, client-facing environments.
• Experience working with high-profile clients on a global or multi-national basis.
• Understands and recognizes different business models and solutions, similarities between clients/organizations within its industry.
• Easy understanding and applying of standard solution, service or expertise suitable to a Client's needs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills - facilitator, influencer and problem solver.
• Demonstrable commercial awareness.
• Able to work calmly in a pressured environment.
