Our client is a large international production company operating world-wide with a large product portfolio and very high brand recognition and category leader. Currently due to our Client’s further development we are looking for: Key Account Manager Poland (modern trade)

1) Customer service for the company's current key clients in the region (both leading retail chains and distributors).

2) Acquiring new clients and developing cooperation, in particular establishing relationships with clients interested in introducing private brands in subordinate markets, in accordance with Client’s strategy.

3) Cooperation with the marketing, logistics, distribution and production planning departments in dedicated localization.

4) Responsibility for marketing mix and P&L of subordinate markets.

5) Implementation of the sales budget by maintaining commercial relations with retail customers in the region, including:

• ongoing customer service while respecting the highest standards, expanding sales and information on new products and proposing new solutions, solving arising problems;

• acquiring new customers, conducting annual negotiations, developing strategies for entering commercial networks in accordance with the master plan, as well as cooperation with the sales team, both retail chains and distributors in the organization of promotional and advertising campaigns;

• close cooperation with Marketing Manager and the company's headquarters in the field of providing advertising materials, POS, etc. at points of sale.

6) Support for logistics, supply chain operations - cooperation with production planning, packaging department, factories in the field of ensuring continuity of supply chain in cooperation with the logistics and marketing department.

7) Development of appropriate analyses, forecasts and statistics.

8) Reporting sales to the the Head Office abroad.

• minimum higher academic education (economics, management, trade, marketing, etc.) and confirmation of constant improvement of his/her professional qualifications;

• minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience in trading in the modern channel, acquired in a reputable FMCG, or DIY, company as Key Account Manager, Export Manager, Commercial Manager or similar;

• international, intercultural experience gained in the course of a professional career in cooperation with retail clients - both supermarket chains and distributors;

• experience in category management, presence at non food markets in CSEE region and who is who understanding are welcome;

• very good command of English at a level that allows professional business talks with business partners, other foreign European languages are welcome;

• above average skills in building long-term business relationships and relationships with the work environment;

• high personal culture;

• high dynamics of operation;

• high analytical competence;

• non-standard thinking skills, open minds and willingness to personal development;

• engagement and flexibility;

• working experience in multicultural environment is welcome;

• very good computer skills in a Ms Office environment;

• category B driving license;

• availability and readiness for business trips in 50% of working time and readiness to work on home office basis.
