Our client is a logistics services company sending and receiving hundreds of thousands of tons of various goods bulk. Currently due to the Company development we are looking for experienced COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER in Szczecin.
ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will be responsible for the business identifying and developing the commercial potential for the company and will be initiating and leading the projects associated with building new service capacities within existing facilities of the terminal.
In the area of commercial operations the candidate will be responsible for sales budgeting and execution, regular customer contact, development of service business models for current and new customers. The person will also cooperate closely with the Operations Director and Managing Director in the Company’s HQ.

• Creating new practices contributing to an increase in orders and company profit
• Establishing and maintaining business relationships with customers and subcontractors
• Responsibility for branch performance
• Preparation of reports, analyzes and statements regarding operations and sales targets and performance supervision
• Responsibility for the appropriate level of service and brand perception in the market
• Troubleshooting and settlement of critical situation between all parties: employees, customers, subcontractors
• Cooperation with the CEO in the implementation of the branch basic tasks and conducting business

• University degree (preferred profile: logistics, management)
• At least 5 years of experience in the logistics industry, freight or transport at a managerial positions.
• Full understanding and practical knowledge of logistic and transport processes (land, sea, rail, air)
• Knowledge of the documentation necessary for the proper conducting of international cargo handling
• High motivation and commitment
• High customer orientation
• Strong focus on purpose and determination in action
• Very good work organization and punctuality
• Well-developed communication skills and ability to build satisfactory relationships
• Self-agency and loyalty
• Ability to work under time pressure
• High resistance to stress
• English language is mandatory (oral and written)
• Driving license. B
